10. Villa Diamant, Provence

Caroline, Contractor for Provence says…

“Villa Diamant might just be the prettiest villa in Provence. It’s perfect for those who might not want to hire a car on holiday, close to the restaurants and shops of St. Rémy de Provence. With large, enclosed grounds and a wonderful outdoor kitchen, al fresco living here is simply charmant.”

9. Oleanna, Lefkas

Christina, Contractor for Lefkas says…

“I just love the sweet and stylish villa Oleanna, but it’s the location that really sets it apart. Not only is it within walking distance of the beautiful Agios Ioannis beach, it’s also close to Lefkas Town, the capital of the island. Lazy taverna lunches are the order of the day here, with spectacular sea views and olive-clad hills setting the scene for a relaxing holiday.”

8. La Finca, Mallorca

Mark, Contractor for Mallorca says…

“You know when you meet an old friend and you see that the years have improved them? La Finca is just that friend. We featured this villa for many years when the owners decided to take time out and renovate the house. They have made a fine job of it! The new La Finca retains its original charm, adding fresh, tasteful décor and modern touches. Outside there’s a new chill-out area by the pool, and even a playground for the children to enjoy.”

7. Sophia, Amalfi Coast

Lauren, Contractor for the Amalfi Coast says…

“Our villa Sophia is named after the famous actress of the 1950s – Sophia Loren – and oozes the same class. It’s located next to her favourite beach in Sorrento. The Art Nouveau design and décor is the most sophisticated I’ve seen, with a deluxe continental breakfast included and an unobtrusive member of staff on hand.”

6. Palazzo Rosadi, Tuscany

Lee, Contractor for Tuscany says…

“You can feel the history of Palazzo Rosadi as you explore the house. It’s been owned by the same family for 200 years, lovingly restored to the impressive villa you see today. Despite the traditional vibe it has plenty of modern comforts, including table tennis and Wi-Fi. It’s set in 25 hectares of private land to amble, with stunning views and a private pool soaked in Tuscan sun all day.”

5. Mala, Dalmatia

Nikki, Contractor for Dalmatia says…

“The first thing that struck me when I approached Mala was the view. The villa is perched on a hillside looking out across the Adriatic Sea and the Elaphite Islands, and it’s just stunning. The pool area really makes the most of it! The location is equally wonderful, close to the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik.”

4. Villa Blue Skies, St. Lucia

Kirsty, Contracts Assistant for St. Lucia

“The Top 10 wouldn’t be complete without a Caribbean villa, surely? Blue Skies in St. Lucia is just that villa. It’s perfect inside and out. Not only does it have a games room and infinity pool, the upper level plunge pool makes the most of incredible views over the fairways of the Cap Estate, to the Caribbean Sea beyond.”

3. Quinta Bellevue, Algarve

Jo, Specialist Product Manager for the Algarve says…

“I’m really excited about Quinta Bellevue for 2017. Why? Because it has not one but two outdoor pools! I can really see large groups having an amazing time here, with enough space and facilities to keep everyone amused and relaxed, not to mention the endless possibilities of  indulgence!”

2. Villa Xian, Lanzarote

Katherine, Contracts Assistant for Lanzarote says…

“Villa Xian’s facilities are never ending, and that’s why I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do. As if a private pool isn’t enough, it also has a swimming lane and wheelchair access. There’s a separate splash pool and play area for the kids, and plenty to entertain in the evenings, from the outside kitchen and barbecue area, to the hot tub on the roof terrace.”

1. Palmilla Court, Orlando

Lee, Contractor for Florida says…

“I’m so thrilled that Palmilla Court has been picked as the number one villa. I really feel this is the pièce de résistance of our villa collection. It has got some of the most incredible features – its own indoor twin bowling alley and basketball court, a cinema room, a games room with arcade machines and a spa area with a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and heated loungers. My favourite though has to be the al fresco sunken fire pit! It also overlooks the 12th fairway of the Jack Niklaus PGA Championship Golf Course, so your Orlando entertainment doesn’t end at theme park gates.”
